I hope you are doing well, about your question I can't say for sure this will entirely depend on the college you see. Usually the last dates are when the portion is totally completed by the college then they let their students stay home to prepare for the up coming semester exams some colleges end 1 week prior while others end 1 month prior this all depends on the the college authorities or the notice by the university.
An example can be like this if your exams r in May u can expect your last date to be in around end of March. As most college offer alot of time for end exams.

To be eligible to give UGC NET the candidates must score a minimum 50% in their master or equivalent degree. Candidates who are currently in the final year of their Masters degree are also eligible for UGC NET 2021 given that they fulfill the educational requirements given above within two years. For Junior Research Fellow the age limit is 30 and there is no age limit for Assistant Professor.

Yes, you can definitely get a job with a BSc. degree in hospitality, but it will be better if you go for the respective Masters degree too so that you can get a better job. There are many courses in Hospitality, but as you have asked for the B.Sc courses only, so I will list some of them for you.

Masters in travel and tourism is a 2 year course. The eligibility creteria is to have bachelor's degree in tourism service or BA in tourism or bsc in hospitality and hotel administration or bachelor in hotel management. Admissions are merit basis. So basically the programme consists field trips and activities in order to undertand the tourism industry. It helps in developing communication skills and also the study of markets, analysis of current tourism industry and everything. The average salary is 2 to 8 lacs per annum and it may also vary. dr ambedkar University- eligibility criteria is Applicants need to have passed the class XII examination from CBSE or any recognised Board.
Dayal bagh educational Institute.- The eligibility condition for admission to B.Voc programme shall be 10+2 or equivalent, in any stream.
Jagannath Institute of Management Sciences- eligibility criteria is 10+2 qualified from any recognized board
