Hello,

In order to become an instructor in hospitality sector,  the Certified Hospitality instructor (CHI)  program is conducted which helps to :

1. Increase your critical thinking capabilities
2. Apply the theoretical concepts to real time work place concepts

The CHI programme helps to enhance the quality of thinking and practical abilities so that the instructor can teach the students.

my question is this mam..hospitality management is good and if gud then prescribe me a gud book for entrance exams

Mahima Shukla 24th Dec, 2019

Hii,

Yes, hospitality management is a good course. One of the reason to study this is that it offers great job and career opportunities for those who wants to get involved in the world of tourism. Candidates after completion of the this  course can work in Airline Catering and Cabin services, Cruise Ship Hotel Management, Clubs, Hotels, Lodges, Guest Houses etc.  Although competition from he lower rank is tough and the salary is also low at the time of starting. if you want to succeed in this course then take 6-12 months internship during the time of studies.

Some good books you can refer to are:

VVK Subburaj

Hotel Management Entrance Exam Guide by Dr R P Datason

Hotel Management Entrance Exam Guide by RPH Editorial Board

Hope this helps.

All the best!!
