yes ,you can apply for ssc cgl 2019.
you mentioned that you have completed B.sc in catering science and management which is a bachelor degree course.
during online application you should fill only B.sc in education qualification section in ssc site.

NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. In some States, it is also considered for paramedical courses. But NEET is not for hospitality courses.
Those who have a passion for tourism, hotel or travelling can make a career in hospitality sector. After completing 10+2 with English as a compulsory subject you can opt to study Hospitality or Hotel Management at top of the line public and private institutions across the country. NCHMCT JEE is entrance examination conducted by NTA once in year for admission to undergraduate course in hospitality..You can get admission in IHM(INDIAN INSTITUTE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT) with valid NCHM SCORE CARD . Candidate can fill application online from 1jan-29feburary 2020..Exam willbe conducted at 25 April2020..
