Apply for second round of counselling there is a little less chance for you to get Hyderabad but surely you can get some other IHM college for sure.

With a rank of around 18,000 in obc category, it becomes difficult to procure a seat in the government IHM's when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, the class rank for the obc category was around 16,000 in the state IHM's. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. Sir my rank is 274 in NCHMCT-JEE. Which College I can get and more over when will counselling start and the procedure to apply for the same

Hi, although the results are declared on 15th May 2019, a separate merit list will be announced based on cut off marks. The registration for the online counselling process will start soon in May 2019. The final date isn't out yet. The counselling process will be conducted in different rounds based on the no of seats available.
