If you are enquiring regarding AFCAT then yes, you can apply for AFCAT if you have passed Bachelor's Degree from open University provided you must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics with minimum 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board. And you must have Bachelor's Degree with minimum 60% aggregate marks from a recognized board. AFCAT will be conducted twice in a year. The exam is conducted by NTA( National Testing Agency).
