the eligibility criteria for appearing in the UGC NET exam are:

• Candidate must secure at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in master degree or equivalent examination from UGC recognized universities/colleges in Humanities (including languages) and Social Science, Computer Science & Applications, Electronic Science etc.50% marks required for candidates belonging to OBC non-creamy layer/SC/ST/ PWD category.

• Candidates pursuing master’s degree or have appeared for final exam and waiting for their result can also apply. Such candidates will be provisionally admitted and will be eligible for JRF. To be eligible for assistance professor they will have to qualify master’s degree with required percentage according to category. Candidates will have to complete their master degree within 2 years of declaration of UGC NET result.

Not fully sure, but according to the University Grants Commission policies, you are eligible for taking UGC NET examination. This is because of the following reasons:

• You must have completed your masters in social science computer science or applications electronic science etc from a recognised University.
• You must have scored at least 55% marks in the aggregate for being eligible for University Grants Commission National eligibility test.
• If your result is still awaited of master's degree, even then you can give University Grants Commission National eligibility test.

YES, it is compulsory to complete ignou tourism course with B.Sc in Hotel Management necessarily after giving NCHMCT for getting a degree from University. As per the rules and regulations offered by the respective authority you have to gain that extra 40points to pass the degree which you will achieve by doing the complete ignou tourism course.

Y es of course you are eligible for BHM degree course after completing diploma , As per my suggestion, you must opt for a degree course in hotel management. One of my friends is pursuing Bachelor in Hotel Management from Quantum University, Roorkee. He is in the second year of his course and enjoying his journey so far. The curriculum of the course is designed by some of the best brains of the industry. He is getting international exposure.
