Last year general category student cutoff for NCHM JEE examination was 115 to 123. You didn't mention any category here so I guess you are general category student.
So if you want good hotel management college then you can secure your marks 130 to 150. Which is good. If you get 180 , then you will get very good hotel management college. And the total marks of this examination is 200.

First complete Hotel Management degree and then apply for LLB course and after completion you can work as Legal Advisor, Advocate, Lawyer, Law Repoter, Public Prosecutor, Professor etc. These can be done by completing degree in other fields also.

Yes, you can do hotel management course. You have equivalent degree in 12th then you can apply for this course.
Generally hotel management have some type department like 3years course or 4 years course. You have to choose before joining which department you want to join. And for this course you can study about the management of hotels, the hospitality, the receptionist behaviour, cooking, cleaning every thing.
