Hello Aspirant,

On a general note , to have a successful career , you need to set a goal or be clear about what you want in the near future and stay extremely focused on it from the beginning. Seems like, you are from hotel management field , the first step is to have a recognized degree from a good institution and I assume you have completed that step. Next step is to gain good quality exposure by doing internships in reputed group hotels . Hotel management is all about practical learning so choose  an internship carefully , also some are paid and some are unpaid , try to get into paid ones , especially the ones with a job offer at the end of the internship period. Also more importantly while doing internships ,try to impress your supervisors and build good network with your superior officials, because in future for you to get better opportunities according to your skills and talents , such connections will be helpful. Always be eager and open to learn new things , keep updating your knowledge and observe even little things during your internship experience .Try doing extra certification courses if possible to enhance your resume.
