Coming to your question I would like to tell you that diploma in the hotel management course is good for the future one as you can get a job easily in the places of the tourist interest and can start earning on your own. But always you can opt for higher studies if you don't want to stuck with smaller packages.

If you have a caste certificate from one state, you can not use it in another state for jobs, applications, admissions etc except for Delhi. This means that you can use your caste certificate made in UP and it  will be valid in Delhi also.

The rule that a person’s SC/ST status will not follow him to another state would not apply to the Union Territory (UT) of Delhi. This judgement was made in 2018 by a five member bench headed by CJ Ranjan Gogoi.

But eligibility criteria may vary according to the institutes..so,you have to consider this factor.

The student must have completed their 10+2 from a recognized board of education.

This is important.

And For Hotel Management courses after 12th, the aspirant might be required to clear the entrance exam conducted by the university, if applicable...!!!

I would suggest to check the official website of your chosen institution before applying for a program.
