Hotel Management offers various types of course such as Certificate ,Diploma ,Degree and Master but every course eligibility criteria different so you should choose accordingly your education backgrounds .
If you are completed your 12th then you can eligible for the Diploma and Degree hotel management course but you will not eligible for the master course because for Master course you should complete your degree first then only you will eligible .

As a general rule, if you book/freeze/lock your seat in the first round it would be considered as your chosen option and subsequently if you fail to submit your documents to the university that you had locked you could be penalized before being admitted into round 2
so do not lock your seat if you wish to smoothly transition into round 2 and hope that you get your desired college in the second round.
