Sorry but Indian Institute of Management does not provide any program/course for Hotel Management. IIMs are Management institutes and have programs mainly focused on Management, Commerce and Finance related fields.

It really depends on the university you are planning to opt. For some universities you only need to have passed to get selected in. Some universities require a minimum percentage. Some other universities even offer diploma courses in Hotel Management after completion of 10th grade.
