In response to your query, the official form which has to be filled for the examination does provide you the language to give the exam in, if you filled English as your medium of language then that would be followed in the exam. However if a correction window is still open to change the form then you do the same or if it's a computer based examination sometimes there is an option to change the medium of language, but that would really depend on the examination you would appear for and the candidate should watch out for changing the language while reading the instructions for the question paper.

NO, there is no course, that will grant you Hotel Management degree in 6 months. It is a minimum of 3 years course, and in some cases also 4(depending upon your degree).

However, there are various craftsmanship programs in various IHM's across India. Depending upon your area of interest you can choose your course.

Also,  there are diploma courses for 1.5 years, in which you get to do an internship for 6 months. Depending upon your area of interest (such as Front office, Food & Beverage, Bakery, etc.), you can choose your diploma course.

So, in order to get in Hotel Management, you must give NCHMJEE, which is an entrance examination for Hotel Management.

In my opinion JIMS Vasant Kunj 2 would be a better option than JIMS Rohini Sector 3, because JIMS Vasant Kunj's placement is better than the other. Also JIMS Vasant Kunj is rated higher than JIMS Rohini Sector 3.

Though both are almost equal, but in my opinion JIMS Vasant Kunj has got the upper hand.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, as you want to take admissions in current years, so you need to take have current year E.W.S category certificate that is 2022 - 2023  then only you are eligible for admissions in current session. Validity of any category certificate is till 1 april after it you need to renew it.

Being an Hotel Management Graduate, I can tell you that both MAKAUT, and IGNOU both are affiliated and recognized world wide. There would be no issue's in either of them. Though IGNOU is more recognized by most of hotel management colleges across India. All IHM's are affiliated to IGNOU.
