B.com pass is better than BAvoc.in HRM from DU?As i got 93%and i m confused that i ll get good college for B.com pass in DU.

Nikita Akhuli 23rd May, 2019
According to my understanding bcom is more promisong than bavoc. With 93 percent you will get bcom easily in du by the second or third cutoff.

I would suggest you should apply for both and act wisely.

I interested HR dept. I have finished my 10th std whats my next step? Means what study my i go? Thank u

Shubham 9th Apr, 2019

Bro , I would suggest you to do MBA after your graduation if you are intrested in to beagin your carrier with high salary. For that you need to complete minimum 3 years of graduation in the filed you are intrested, then prepare for entrances such as CAT,XAT,TISS etc....if you score well and perform well in interviews . you will have a beautiful carrier ahead if you landed in good college. My personal favourite is TISS , it is one of the best institute for HR management studies with the fee of hardly 25000 for 2 years and a package of 15 lakhs avg.

manasa Student Expert 17th May, 2019

dear Daari,

The college offers an internship for final year UG students. The duration of the internship is 24 days. We should submit a report to the college. The college gives placement and training programs. Many reputed companies offer campus placements. Many companies around the world visit the college to recruit students into their company. A good score and communication help you to get placed in big institutions. Some of the companies partnered with Loyola are Amazon, Strtogem solutions, Genmedic, etc.

Is FMS Delhi good for MBA in HR?

Mahek 8th May, 2019

Dear Arnab,

FMS  is a prestigious institute, no doubt about that, but if you’re looking for a great college for MBA in HR, then you should look into XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD or MDI. The HR isn’t most preferred in fms, and going by student reviews not many people opt for that course. This in turn affects placements.

Is IBS Hyderabad good for MBA in HR ? Please can anyone let me know the placement record for HRM of IBS?

Well IBS overall is not a bad college but HR department isn't doing that well. My friend recently graduated from the finance department there and his comments are that there were just 45 students who opted for the HR course and 20 students out of this got placed.

You get to choose specialization in 2nd year so even if you join MBA there you have 1 full year to wait and think which specialization you would want to take.

Which is better for PGDM in HRM - WeSchool, NLDalmia or SIES?

Mrudul Vasant Naik 6th Mar, 2019
Hi Mannat,

Every B-school has its speciality and for HR, Weschool is one of the best options.

NL Dalmia has better marketing &SIES for Finance and entrepreneurship.

Hence, my recommendation will be to go for WeSchool as your preference is HRM.

Hope this helps,

Regards
