Kaberi choudhary 22nd Mar, 2022

It is definitely worth to join Ramachandran International Institute of Management as this is Pune's 1st Corporate Style B-School providing Pune University affiliated MBA Program and AICTE approved PGDM Program. The MBA and PGDM Program offered by RIIM PUNE is one of the best Programs in Management field and it is designed according to recent market trend. There is no difference in placement packages offered by the Institute for different Programs. The best part of RIIM PUNE is the ROI. RIIM PUNE does have a good placement record as well. Companies like Property Pistol, Capgemini, KPIT, Deloitte, Zomato, ITC Ltd, Kantar, Berger Paints, Flipkart, D-Mart, Khimji Ramdas, UpGrad and others visit the campus for recruitment process, average salary package is 5.5- 6.5 LPA and maximum goes to 11-12 LPA. Is it possible to get HR or Marketing without taking CAT...??

Amod Tripathi 2nd Jan, 2018
Yes it is possible as different Institutes use different qualifying exams. Also various institutes used CAT/CMAT/MAT score for admissions into the same course.

Some good colleges accepting MAT score are TA Pai Management Institute, Manipal, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Bangalore, National Institute of Technology, Warangal, Christ College, Alliance Business Academy, New Delhi Institute of Management

Some top colleges through CMAT are KJ Somaiya Institute Management and research, Xavier Institute of Social ServiceRanchi, Goa Institute of Management
Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies harihar, BIM TECHNOLOGY Greater NOIDA etc.

You should give both the exams to maximise your chances of selection into a good institute.

What is the avg and highest pakage in Christ bangalore mba in hr? How many students get placed from hr specilization?

Ayush Jain 24th Jan, 2018

Hello Shivangi,

The highest package can go upto 14 Lakh per anum and the average salary package is between 3.5 lakhs to 6.5 lakhs per anum for MBA students. There is no specific data on the number of HR students who got placed andtheir salary packages, the salary package is common for MBA students with different specializations.

Companies such as CISCO, KPMG, SHELL, TCS, IBM, AXIS Bank visit the campus every year for recuritment. As you already know you salary package depends upon 2 major things your academic performance and experience. The placement is common for all. But yes, the specialization plays a major role. You dont have worry regarding the specialization, if your performance is good you will surley placed with a good salary package.

Hope this helps ! All the Best !

I want to pursue MBA in dual course so with HR, international business is preferable or not if not then for which course I can go???

Amod Tripathi 15th Dec, 2017
Hi Navan,

HR is a unique specialisation in MBA as it covers all the aspects of people management.
There are limited common aspects of HR when compared to other specialisations like marketing, finance, international business, strategy etc.
So it totally depend on your interest in which subject you want to pursue your majors in apart from HR. You can refer to the briefs about other specialisations before choosing your preference:
MBA in IB exposes you to various aspects of international business like international marketing, Finance and accounting in various countries, global supply chain, cultural differences etc. These subjects are an add on to the regular MBA subjects.
Usually companies offer a global leadership role for international markets in which you get a chance to work in different countries on top positions.
MBA finance:  It is a career field which requires one to possess skills in mathematics, economics, and financial theory, all of which are covered in great detail in a finance degree, specialization or track.
An MBA in finance balances mathematical rigor with management classes, and can be a good way to direct your career towards c-suite jobs in finance.
MBA Marketing: If you are interested in the entertainment, media, promotions, advertisement, sales and general management field, then the MBA is appropriate for you.
The marketing is the heart of any organization. The trend of marketing has changed and augmented with the technological evolution in the world.
MBA Operations: Operations management is chiefly concerned with planning, organizing and supervising in the contexts of production, manufacturing or the provision of services. As such, it is delivery-focused, ensuring that an organization successfully turns inputs to outputs in an efficient manner. The inputs themselves could represent anything from materials, equipment and technology to human resources such as staff or workers.
MBA Strategic Management : It offers a solid foundation in business strategy as it applies to competitive businesses, corporate diversification, and government institutions. Skill in adapting to evolving business environments and Changing laws.
MBA IT and Analytics: While an MBA has not been necessary in the past to become a successful IT manager, the skills engendered by the MBA are becoming more and more essential as IT becomes increasingly ingrained across industries and business functions.
All the best!
