It has decent reviews for MBA in finance but in HR it is just like other courses. Hi, This field is very common and always in need so you will never feel a deadline in this field. Operations management deals with creating business leadership roles and these people have a role in working on organisation profit and success. Now out of these 2 I will suggest you to go for 2nd option that is operations because it has much scope and good packages but to be clear includes more effort and work timings than HR field. I have got pgdm(Finance) in Imt nagpur and I had also applied in xiss(Hrm) but couldnt get that . Should I go with imt nagpur ?

Hi, IMT Nagpur is a decent choice. You can pursue your PGDM from there. Specially the placements are good. Companies like Adani, Aditya Birla, Amazon etc come for placements.
If you have good skills and good performance in academic years then you can expect a package around 6-7 Lacs.
