Jammu Kashmir Government act 2004 has been declared some areas of Jammu and Kashmir as resident of backward areas. As they socially and educationally backward declared by the Jammu and Kashmir Government so they are awarded with certificates of reservation for which they can get a certain percentage of reservation in state quota admission and employment. Resident of Backward Area (RBA) is a category which comes under Other Backward Class (OBC), RBA and OBC are the same categories. So it comes in OBC category for the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS).

See as per your age in 2022 you would be eligible for IBPS PO with following age relaxation as per the reservation criteria of IBPS :-
>>>> OBC - 5 years
>>>> SC/ ST - 5 years
>>>> PWD categories – 10 years
>>>> Ex-Servicemen – 10 years
>>>> Domiciled candidates in Jammu & Kashmir during January 1, 1980, to December 31, 1989 – 5 years
>>>> Persons who were affected during 1984 riots – 5 years
As you belongs to OBC category so you are eligible till 35 years of age because there is age limit of 30 years but OBC category has relaxation of 5 years.
And for your reference the complete eligibility criteria for IBPS PO is mentioned below :-
>>> Either you should be an Indian National or a subject of Nepal or a subject of Bhutan or people of Indian origin migrated from Zaire, Ethiopia, East African Countries of Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania, Malawi, Uganda, Burma, Pakistan, Zambia, Sri Lanka and Vietnam to settle in India or Tibetan refugees came to India, to settle in India before January 1, 1963
>>> For IBPS the age should be 19-30 years old.

Yes, you are eligible that is you can apply for the IBPS clerk exam 2022 according to your age. Because the maximum age limit for the candidate is 28 years and the minimum is 20 years but the maximum age limit differs or there is some relaxation in the age limit for the people who belong to the certain reservation categories.

As per the information available on the IBPS Clerk 2021 Advertisement PDF a ll the educational qualifications mentioned should be from a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by government of India a nd the final result of the qualifying examination must be declared on or before October 27, 2021. If you have passed in the qualifying examination that is Bachelor's Degree in September 2021 you will be eligible to appear for IBPS Clerk 2021 as you have passed before the given cut off date.
