If you're going for distance MBA the go for ICFAI instead of IGNOU and ICFAI is known for its business studies whereas IGNOU doesn't have specilization in business management.

It is a good University.

And ofcourse its recognised in the industry.

No entrance is conducted for admission in ICFAI Law School, Dehradun 's 3 year LLB Programme. The admission into the programs is given on the basis of Merit, through Application and Interview / Admission Test (for Ph.D only). While evaluating students for admission, due weightage is also given to their academic distinctions, awards in sports/cultural events, debates, quizzes and other extra-curricular activities. I'm a current year IBS Hyderabad student . I'll be able to answer your question better.

ICFAI Business School (IBS) has total 9 campuses but according to my opinion only IBS Hyderabad is bertter amongst all campus.

Reason IBS Hyd offers MBA Degree , rest givres PGPM Cetificate which does not account much.

If you want to come in IBS Hyderabad , theres a btach strength of around 1000. You need to be in  top 35% of batch is good.

If you think you could be in top 35% of batch , you can come here, else no.

PLacement is quite good with median around 6.5-7.5 , average around 7.5-8.5L.

Overall is good in terms of continous learning and case study method and practical approach for study along with 32 clubs for enhancement.

For admission into ICFAI IBS Hyderabad MbA ckurses student needs to apear for IBSAT exam. 

Students in final year of graduation with Minimum 50%aggregate marks can also appear. 

TOEFl or IELTS exam is not required for Indian students.

Only candidates not meeting eligibility crigeria of English Medium in graduation have to submit IELTS or TOEFl scores before May 31,2019.

Being a current student from IBS Hyderabad, I would be able to answer your question.

ICFAI UNIVERSITY status is only for Hyderabad,Dehradun Campus so they provide MBA Degree. Rest 7 Campus provide PGPM

Talking about difference :

MBA - Since,It comes under ICFAI UNIVERSITY it gives MBA Degree which is valid for govt jobs and foreign studies too.

PGPM - IBS Campus like Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon,and other 4 campus offer PGPM Program. It's basically a course certificate. Since, it gives PGPM which is not recognised by AIU And UGC it doesn't​ have that value and govt jobs and foreign studies scope​ is less.As its just a certificate without any recognition.

IIM too gives PGPM , but its recognised by AIU And UGC

PGDM - No IBS Campus offers it, but PGDM Course to be valued should be both AIU and UGC registered so that it can be equivalent to MBA anf it is considered for govt and higher studies.

Talking about IBS Campus, 

Only IBS Hyderabad is better than others, due to many reasons like PGPM.

IBS Hyderabad is among Top Bschool , NIRF Rank -22
IBS Hyderabad has average package lf around 7.91L and around 95% placement statistics for lst year with highest National being 28L and Lowest is 4.5L.

Its quite a good Bschool, if you are amongst the top 40% of your batch (Only disadvantage is high batch strength of 1000+) but if you can prove yourself, door are always open !! 

I would suggest if you think you can be top 40% of your batch, then its good and there are ample of opportunities here to learn and through purely practical learning approach by case study method.I would suggest you to give IBSAT along with CAT, as your primary focus should be IIM and then other top Bschool like IBS -Hyd.
