To be eligible you should have pass with 50% and above aggregate marks in Class XII or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English as subjects.

Yes, ICFAI offers B.Tech course so you can join the same if you are interested in that institute but I would say there are many better colleges/institutes are also available so you should keep them your first choice like NITs, IITs, BITSAT, VIT, SRM,Manipal etc but consider your interest and convenience first before you make any decision.
