If you have more interest in Biology (PCB) than you can go through with Medical Stream and if you have more interest in Mathematics (PCM) then you can go through with Engineering stream

Yes, With 34k you can get only bpharmacy seat in private colleges. You can again invest 1yr in eamcet provided only if you have confidence in achieving good rank and getting a good professional course. But I would suggest to join in any degree college and simultaneously prepare for your next year eamcet exam so that you do not waste your precious year. If you think joining in degree can waste your time you can also apply for open degree in which you don't need to attend college every day and the fees would also be low.
So give a detailed thought and do what's good for you.
