Hello Rutvik,
If you are aspiring to study abroad after class 12, you should know all about the courses, colleges, exams and application process etc. to choose the right option.
Pre-planning: Generally application process for foreign education begins in October/November. You should begin the process of applying for study abroad an year in advance.

Maintain high scorecard: Students with strong academic and personal profile have a high probability of getting admission in top foreign college/institute/university so, maintain your marks. The educational institutions might consider your performance 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th at the time of admission.
Provide complete information: You should be extremely careful while filling in the foreign education application form. Make sure that your application form is dully filled, accepted and faculty outside is willing to give you admission to their University.
Apply for scholarship: Many foreign universities offer scholarships to students. Students can apply for these scholarships to apply for top foreign colleges and universities.

I am giving JEE Mains as of now but I have no idea how to go about admissions, do I have to separately register for colleges or will it directly be linked to JEE without it. Also how can I know which engineering or agriculture or architecture exam application form is still left that I can fill now.
Dear Aspirant,
after the examinations of JEE Mains the JOSAA and CSAB conducts a counselling session for those students who have qualified in the JEE Mains Examination. During this counselling session the students are allotted colleges as well as the respective streams based on the score they have secured in JEE Mains as well as the cutoff of the respective college. If the score of the candidate satisfies the cutoff of the college, they are provided admission.

Sir/Mam, I know that This year cutoff marks of Neet for admissions in Medical colleges will increase. Can you please give me approx. Idea about the cutoff of Delhi govt. colleges Under State Quota. I am from General EWS category.
Dear Aspirant,
The cut-off marks depend on a few factors like:
- Total number of seats available in various medical and dental colleges across the country.
- Total number of students appearing for the exam.
- The difficulty level of NEET for that particular year.
So it is not possible to predict the cut-off of this year. But according to the past years the cut-off has constantly increased due to the above mentioned reasons.
The cut-off of the Delhi Medical Colleges also varies accordingly. Delhi provides 85% reservation of seats for the Delhi domicile students. The results of the 2020 year are as follows:
FOR GENERAL EWS :
- University College Of Medical Sciences(UCMS)- 610 MARKS- 5698 AIR
- Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC)- 587 MARKS - 10984 AIR
FOR GENERAL CATEGORY :
- Maulana Azad Medical College - 647 marks -1115 AIR
- University College Of Medical Sciences(UCMS) - 630 marks - 2748 AIR
- Lady Hardinge Medical College - 613 marks - 5228 AIR
You can also check out the cut-off of years 2019, 208 and 2017 on the following link for further information.

hi there , I gave VITEEE 2021 and got ranked at 53k is there any chances that I might get a decent branch in VIT VELLORE or CHENNAI? Also is it a good idea to opt for VIT AP CSE ?
As you may know that to get a decent branch their is quite a tough competition. Your rank won't ensure you a decent branch as it's very high. You need relatively much lower rank to grab a decent branch. I would suggest you should attend the counseling session and see if you can grab any other branch that suits your interest. Or, you can give other entrance exams as well to give yourself an another chance. I am sure will ace the other exam. Just work hard and stay consistent with your preparation.
Hope this Helps!
Good Luck
if I have just little idea about computers then can I join CSE
Dear Aspirant,
you may join CSE even if you almost zero knowledge in computers. The syllabus for CSE is laid out in such a manner that they will teach you all the concepts from the basic level, to make your foundation on the subject subject and then ascend towards the complex topics. So you need not worry about pursuing your education in CSE. It is good if you have prior knowledge as it will give you a stronger start but even if you do not know much about the subject, it is not of any concern as you will be learning from the foundation level.
I want to become mechanical or electrical engineer but I think all engineering branches ultimately take you to software and IT sector in india, now I think I should drop this idea, what should I do?
Hi,
Well due to high demand in the IT sector and sales department, most of the engineers work in that department despite of belonging to other departments like civil or mechanical, etc. But that does not mean there aren't job opportunities in the core and other branches of engineering. But the competition is difficult specially in government jobs and private sectors don't have that many job opportunities. Still you can try for abroad job opportunities and can even further pursue masters for landing a better job opportunity with high chances of acceptance.
I hope this helps.
All the best.
