Hello aspirant
Yes, With 34k you can get only bpharmacy seat in private colleges. You can again invest 1yr in eamcet provided only if you have confidence in achieving good rank and getting a good professional course. But I would suggest to join in any degree college and simultaneously prepare for your next year eamcet exam so that you do not waste your precious year. If you think joining in degree can waste your time you can also apply for open degree in which you don't need to attend college every day and the fees would also be low.
So give a detailed thought and do what's good for you.
Hope this helps. All the best.
If this is regarding NEET, Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. Almost all the States will have increased cut offs as the top scorer scored 100%. To add on, even last year, the cut offs increased considerably in almost all States. UP, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Rajasthan, AP, Kerala, Odisha have seen the higher cut offs. And so it is difficult for any State to have lower cut offs. Hello Aspirant,
As you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General.
See it is little bit difficult to predict exactly where you will get seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
But although according to the marks you have mentioned in the question you have chances of getting into some Colleges in Tamil Nadu through All India Quota and in Maharashtra also you have good chances under state quota according to previous year's cut-offs which you can check out from the link given below :-
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-tamil-nadu
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-maharashtra
Last year the lowest cut-off marks for IRT Perundurai Medical College, Perundurai was 583 under All India quota for General category an in Maharashtra the lowest cut-off was 433 marks for Vedantaa Institute of Medical Science Vedantaa Hospital and Research Center, Palghar under Home state quota for General category.
To have a list of those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-

Hey Samsritha
Congratulations on such a good rank.Assuming that you are from Delhi (for domicile state) , with this rank and your reservation quota you can get a seat in many good government colleges however your chances of getting admission in any of the above said courses in any IIT is very slim.
The tentative period might be October/November. If the results are announced in the last week of September and the Counselling is completed by October, the classes might start as early as November. Hello vikrant
Suppose you are interested in 2 subjects and both of these subjects you have read in your undergraduation then you can apply in 2 subjects at a time .If you are talented enough that you can give time to both subjects than you can fill for both but usually most students wants to focus on just one subject to increase the chances of getting selected .You have to decide by yourself
Best wishes
