Hello Loquman,
In order to score more than 90 percent in your PUC second year, you have to work hard. Revise the chapters properly in each subject. Make a study timetable and strictly follow it. Dedicate atleast 4-5 hours to studies. Practice and solve sums wherever required. Go through the previous years papers and check out for the most repeated questions and focus more on them. Keep practicing important derivations. Keep a track of what you have studies and what's remaining and complete that. Most importantly, have a good sleep and do not stress.
Good luck!

It’s difficult to predict actual rank or JEE advanced qualify marks. you may calculate your expected rank by this formula 100 - your total percentile score is the percentage of people ahead of you. 869010 are the number of candidates appeared for Jan exam. So rank formula is (100 - your total score) X 869010 /100. If the number of candidates for April exam increased to 1200000 then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 1200000/100
So your expected rank is around 16, 000 as of now. But more students appear in April so your rank might be affected if more people registers .
So it is advisable you should try to get more percentile to get this rank or a better rank than this .

FMGE is an examination to allow Indian Medical Graduates who have studied abroad to practise legally in India. If you have studied MBBS, you should have attended Clinical postings and should have completed your mandatory internship period of the Country you have studied MBBS in. That should be an enough practical exposure. But if you do not have any idea about practical knowledge, it is alarming. You might not get posted in Government Hospitals right away because it is a Government job. You may have to start working in a small clinic first. Rather than working it should be a learning experience for you.
