Hey.
In order to become a judge, yes, is compulsory to do a law degree. The basic minimum requirement for RJS is that you need to complete a Law degree from a college recognised by Bar Council of India. You can become a judge directly after completion of your Law degree by attempting the Judicial Services Papers. Each state has its own Judiciary examinations. If you clear the exam and the interview you will be directly appointed to the Lower Judiciary as a Magistrate. Process- RJS Exam is conducted in two successive stages like Judicial Service Preliminary Examination and Judicial Service Main Examination. The Preliminary Exam is conducted in order to shortlist the candidates for the Mains Exams. The score is prelim exams is not considered at a later stage while deciding the merit. The Final merit list for selection of the judges is prepared on the basis of your total marks scored oin the Main Exam and the Interview.
You will be able to appear in RJS after completion of the course only. But it is good if you wish to prepare from now on. Seventy percent weightage is given to law subjects and remaining comprises Hindi and English grammar. Pay attention to language subjects too. Use the bare acts as well as course books for now. Previous year papers will help you to ascertain the pattern and level.
Best of luck
Hi Saba,
I understand that you got rejected in the certificate verification stage of the counselling going to the fact that you had one backlog in the 5th semester and that you have cleared the background by appearing in the supplementary examination for that particular semester and now I have cleared all the semestersanswer to answer your question you need to address is matter to the competent authority is on the counselling after 30 by a post while clearly mentioning the issue that you are facing and also attached the necessary documents that would validate the candidature of yourself that is the supplementary cleared marksheet and request them to retain your candidature for the counselling process.
Best wishes!
Hello,
Xam idea will be a better option. It has chapterwise and topic wise questions. In some chapters there are subtopic wise questions too. Both Xam Idea and All in One have the same pattern of questions and even previous year board questions, but All in one has a lot more crucial printing mistakes. So, Xam idea. Else both books are good.
here I have listed down few topics
Sea Urchins Reveal Medical Mysteries
Arguments for sequencing the genome of the sea urchin
you can go through this topic
Feel free to ask in the comment box if you are having any further doubts
Thanks
Good luck!
Hey,
Before suggesting any course or college, I would first advice you to spend some time on understanding your career goals and your interest. It will not just help you choose right course after 12th but will also help you give your career a right direction. There is no use of pursuing a course just because your friends are doing as life doesn't end with just completing your education. Ultimately, you need to make career and do a job to earn money. And doing job in a field which doesn't interest you becomes a burden than enjoyment.
Tips to choose right career:
· Understand what you like to do and make it your career. For instance, if you love writing, you can join content writing or journalism course and can get a job in the same field.
· Check your budget and eye on the course accordingly. Some courses are really expensive which not every student can afford to pursue.
· Duration of the course also matters a lot. If you cannot wait for 3-5 years to start your career, you can join short-term career oriented courses like Animation, Multimedia, Fashion Designing etc.
It would be quite difficult to explainyou the various field as you didn't mention the course and subjects you are pursuing.
Hope this helps.
