IISER admission
Hiii
Taking into account the current vulnerabilities in the board assessments it has been concluded that the qualification basis for admission to IISERs this year will remain at 60% imprints in total or identical grade for GEN/OBC/OBC-NCL and 55% imprints in total or comparable grade for SC/ST/PWD in class XII or identical assessment for competitors of science stream from every qualified board. Understudies whose load up assessment results are not accessible at the hour of the IAT will be permitted to show up in the assessment. Their admission to an IISER, whenever chose, will be dependent upon their achieving the above qualification measure.
Hello aspirant,
Indian Institute of Science Education & Research administers admission through various channels - JEE, SCB and KVPY. The authorities administer IISER aptitude test for admission by SCB channel while KVPY and JEE Advanced qualified applicants will not be required to appear for the exam. For fulfilling eligibility for SCB, candidates have to pass 10+2 level with science stream and should qualify the cut off marks which are announced by the concerned authority. So first candidates aspiring for IISER must check the eligibility criteria specified by the concerned authorities.
Hope this helps,
All the Best!!
See if you want to go through the channels of JEE for IISER then also you will have to follow the same books as well as if you want to through the KVPY. So the books are the same for the entrance. After qualifying you will focusing more on science and other will be focusing on the engineering but else where there are no such differences.
I would say as you want to go for science you should have good understanding of the concepts as well as problem solving skills. This will intensify your research experiences further.
I hope this answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
Yes, you can appear for the IISER Admission Test in 2021. However, you have another route to IISERs via JEE Advanced Exam. IISERs after IISc Bangalore are some of the best Institutes for Scientific Research and Development and have excellent faculty, infrastructure and research facilities.

Dear Aspirants,
As it is difficult to predict that you can get into IISER . As they Don"t give cutoff list but Candidates will be able to check their merit score by logging in to the portal through their registered email and password and As per stats Candidates who get under 10000 in JEE Advanced AIR have better chances to get admission in IISER.
Hello Nishank!
Yes, basically a post allotment round for the IISERs takes place after the registration of the other candidates admitted through the previous allocation rounds is completed in their respective IISERs. It is pretty similar to mop up round as it is done to fill the left out seats only.
There is no particular procedure for this allotment round. The list of wait listed candidates are released in the official website. Thus, you have to set your hawk eyes on the website regularly or else you may miss necessary updates. You will be given a short period of time to pay the SAF fees and to exercise the float option. The call letter is received via registered email. The procedure is exactly similar to that of previous rounds of allotment.
However, the post allotment session did not happen the previous year(i.e 2019). But such mop up round did happen in 2018 and 2017 for the SCB stream. This year it may or may not happen keeping in mind the rank inflation in NEET and JEE.

Hello Aspirant,
You can get it after neet's last counselling. The cutoff score to get a seat in veterinary college for an unreserved category students depends on the state of domicile & choice of college.
It varies every year so can't say exactly about it.
But even in the worst scenario, it should not exceed more than 360 ie 50%.
The reason behind low cut off is quite clear that almost all of the students who appeared want to join Mbbs course, so the demand of veterinary is not that high.
All the best!!!!
