IIT
Dear Aspirant,
Congratulation on getting such a wonderful rank, If you have qualified advanced even then it would all depend on your rank of advanced if it would meet the requirements as required by the college then you will get into CSE. But if not then no need to worry then also you will get CSE in NIT for sure.
Hoping best with your future.
Hello,
First of all, don't feel guilty for asking any question. You have genuine doubts that a JEE Aspirant have .
----- Quality of preparation matters before Quantity of preparation. It is important that you first make quality handwritten notes. Revision is very important and you should do it on a daily basis. You yourself should make a routine and follow it strictly as everyone dont get same results through same preparatory way.
You can prepare 2 subjects daily and then revise whatever you studied throughout at night. Also you can revise everything you studied in whole week on Sunday.
Kindly go through the preparation tips meant for the examination.
------ Now talking about preparatory ways for the examination. Some of them include preparing a suitable timetable, using the right study materials, solving question papers and mock tests and these will all help you study productively and perform excellently in the exams.
------ Complete your Syllabus with complete understanding of all the concepts as soon as possible.
------- Ensure you practice as many questions as possible, it will help you in understanding mistakes and developing new concept.
------- Also it is must you give time to time mock test to see your level of preparation.
------- Clear all your doubts with the teachers or friend regarding a difficult concept. This will be helpful in developing a better understanding of that particular concept.

I hope you find the answer helpful.
Thank you.
The cut off is different for each institute and category. You haven't mentioned your category so here is the link where you can find the cut off institute wise for all categories and branches. Click on the link given below and click on the name of the institute for which you wish to check the cut off

Cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease depending on the total number of candidates applied, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. To get the list of NITs, IIITs, GFTIs in which you may get seat you may use our JEE Main college predictor tool

To know the list of IITs in which you have chances to get seat you may use our JEE Advanced College Predictor

Hey aspirant
Yes you are eligible for jee advanced. Minimum cut off mark for qualification is 47 percentile for sc candidate. As you are eligible by improving your score and percentile to 92+ you have a good chance of getting admission in IIT. But for iit hyderabad you need to secure high rank. A rank within 2k(category rank) is needed for getting admission according to previous year sources. For cse in iit Hyderabad closing rank was around 650.for more details refer below link https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=jee_cp
Joint Admission test for Masters is a common admission test conducted every year for admission into Master of Science and other post-graduate science programs at Indian Institutes of Technology, Indian Institute of Science and National Institutes of Technology, organized by alternating institutes every year.
No, class 10th and 12th marks do not matter in the admission kf IIT for MSC ACOURSE AFTER IIT JAM exam. The only eligibility is that ypu should have a minimum of 55% in your Bachelor's course. It differs in case of candidates from SC and ST.
I hope this helps,
All the best
Dear aspirant,
The minimum requirement of 75 percentage to get admission into NITs/IITs were scarped of this year as result of the pandemic. Generally, it is not possible to get into NITs/IITs without this 75 % cutoff.
This has not been made into a policy decision yet.
Hence we really can't predict if the admission situation will be any different next year or if they will provide a relaxation for the droppers.
Hope this helps.
Dear Akash,
Hope you are well
I am sorry to say that in 497002 you can not get into any nit and for IIT you have to give advanced which is given after qualifying mains for advanced there is the cutoff that had to be cleared. So do not lose hope better if you try again with a lot of effort or take admitted to a private college.
You can predict your college with the given link below:
https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor
The thing that you are asking is not possible to predict because the dynamics changes every year and it depends on the number of sc students , how they are performing and also the toughness level of the paper .
I would suggest you to keep your score atleast 60-70+ in jee advanced to be on a safer side.
For the above rank you have a very less chance for getting admission in NIT. Sc category rank within 4k is needed to get admission in any branch of NIT. Cut off for jee advanced is 47 for sc. So you are eligible for jee advanced. By improving your mark and rank you could get admission for IIT. For that 96+ percentile is needed. With above rank you have a good chance of getting admission in other private engineering colleges.
