Hi,
Yes a pwd candidate will have to show their medical certificate during the time of document verification - which is a very crucial step during JoSAA counselling, when you physically visit the college. But no, on spot medical checkups are not conducted by the IIT authority but you have to submit a duly filled medical checkup form signed by a registered medicinal practitioner.
Following are the list of documents that you must carry while going for your document verification :
• Provisional JoSAA seat Allotment Letter 2022
• Two Passport size photographs of candidate
• Photo Identity Card (valid)
• Original JEE Advanced/Main Admit Card 2022
• Proof of Seat Acceptance fee payment by e-challan or SBI Net banking
• Date of Birth Proof (10th Standard Mark Sheet)
• Class 12th (or equivalent) Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate
• Medical Certificate
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• Certificate for PwD (if applicable)
• Passport (for foreign nationals) or OCI Certificate or PIO Card (if applicable)
• DS Certificate (if applicable)
• Registration cum Locked Choices for Seat Allotment
I hope that was helpful.
Hello Vignesh,
Hope you are doing well.
You have been given 3 chances of JEE Mains and 2 chances of JEE Advanced . JEE Mains is conducted twice a year. So, overall 6 chances are available. If you have have accepted a seat in some IIT, then there is no worry. You can again give JEE Mains the next year. But make sure that your chances are left. And you are considering IIT then it means you also have to give JEE Advanced in the next seat. So, also make sure of JEE Advanced chances, whether they are left or not.
Hope this help will you....Good Luck!

Most likely not, although you are allowed to accompany your parents while applying.
The point is that after your registration is complete, you will also be allowed access to the mess and hostels.
There are several reasons why they will require you, including Signed with your name.
Most often, I saw that parents were not permitted at the reporting table.
Your signature is generally required at registration time, hostel admission, and mess entrance.
Thank You

Hi there.
Only JEE mains scores are used for admission to NITs or IITs. The minimum eligibility percentage standards have been changed by the NTA to no longer require 75% of the grade. For JEE Mains Arch & Planning, applicants must get a minimum of 50% in each of the three subject areas of Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics in addition to a 50% total test score.
See if you have already joined the online Bachelor of Science course in Data Science by Indian Institute of Technology Madras, then you are only doing the second course for validation and for getting a formal engineering degree. So, you should select a college in an urban setting as it will take your career further due to the presence of industries.
So going by this the order should be:
NIT Nagpur Mining PEC Chandigarh Civil NIT Hamirpur MS
