IITs
hello aspirant,
I hope that you are doing absolutely great.
With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that to get admission in IIT's through GATE Exam, you need OBC_NCL Certificate issued by the central government, not the state government. Also, the validity period of the OBC certificate is three years from the date of issuing the certificate.
I hope that this will help.

See there is no percentage criteria to appear for JEE-Main but if you are seeking admission to NITs/IIITs on the basis of JEE-Main score or if you have to sit for JEE-Advance then 75% in class 12th is required.
What you can do is you can appear for examination of secondary course either from NIOS or from any other open board which is recognized and if you get 75% marks there then you can definitely get admission in NITs or IITs on the basis of your JEE-Main and JEE-Advance score respectively.
*******Also note that since last 2 years this criteria has been waived off due to the pandemic but most probably this year the criteria might get restored, so kindly wait until any official notification gets out. *******
From now very few time is left for JEE-Main 2022 so it is time to bind up your JEE-Preparation and to bind it up I am enlisting down some preparation tips which would help you in your final preparation :-

This criterion has been lifted off in 2020 when the covid erupt but now they get back to their old tradition. Now you have to score at least 75% marks if you want admission in IITs and for SC/ST it is 65% marks.
