IITs
If we see the closing ranks for the Computer Science and Engineering branch at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay for the Schedule Cast category over the past few years, then the statistics are as follows:
2021: 28 2020: 29 2019: 21
So, getting a rank in the SC quota between 20 to 30 can be a safe margin and unfortunately IITs don't offer any reservation on the basis of parental occupation. Hope I have answered your question. All the best
Hello,
I can understand your problems . Everyone has their own difficult times and we just can't blame anyone for it. It is the just the time which is responsible for these things.
So, let me tell you that you cannot directly apply for jee advanced 2022 without qualifying jee mains 2022 because it's just against the rule. You jee mains 2021 attempt or score is of no use in this year.
I would suggest you if you have given your 12th in the year 2021 then you are eligible for one more attempt in jee mains which is in the year 2023. But in that year you won't be eligible for jee advanced as you are allowed to give only two times consecutively.
So score well in jee mains next year and get into a good NIT.
The cut offs for the BTech CSE course changes every year depending on the appearing candidates performance and the paper difficulty. If you wish to estimate for the IIT CSE Cut off 2021, you can consider the link provided below:

For the previous year, IIT's cutoff for BTech Computer Science & Engineering for the year 2020, 2019 etc consider the link provided below:

I hope this helps. Wish you a great day!
Hello Aspirant,
If you are seeking admission in IITs for their engineering course then you have to clear the JEE-Advance examination because there is no any other way to get into it. This is as per norms decided by admission council and other competent authorities.
Now there is something called exceptions, so if you have some talent then do something exceptionally with it so that the authorities would put norms aside for you because there have been so many cases in which some steps have been taken by putting the rules and regulations aside.
So do something exceptionally and you will be exceptional. This is the hack.
Otherwise you are going to study hard which you know is going to be very difficult task for you.
Also for JEE-Advance first of all you have to qualify JEE-Main as well.
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
No, you cannot apply for sc category in jee mains and advanced because you need to have the certificate issued from gujrat itself because your 10th and 12th is a proof that you are a resident of gujrat.
So, if you want to apply for sc category then you need to take out the sc category certificate from gujrat itself otherwise you won't be eligible for reservation and it's benefits. If you will apply with that certificate then your application is eligible for rejection.
Hope you are doing well!
See, its bit diffcult to tell about the admissions yet as the cutoff is not yet released by the NTA. Cutoff depends on various factors kike difficulty level of the exam, number of students appeared, number of seats available, etc. So cutoff may vary every year.
