Just because you will be completing your graduation, you are eligible to appear for the IPCC exams. You need to apply for ipcc. Exams will take place twice a year once in may and second time in November. You need around 9 months to wait and prepare for the same. You can login online itself by using ICAI website through E-services.
Join articleship for 3 years under practicing chartered accountant. After completing 2.5 years of articleship you are eligible to appear for CA final exams.

for 3 years llb admission you need to have an graduate degree in any discipline with 45% marks in graduation. however the master degree marks has no value for llb admission. however some reputed university need 50% marks in graduation for llb admission.

as there is no age limit for neet exam any one can attempt for it if you meet the eligibility criteria. the basic eligibility criteria is a student need to pass 10+2 score from a recognized board with 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology in aggregate. so if you are in graduation and want to come in health science related course you can attempt in neet exam.

Going by this, if you have aggregate less than 50%, you cannot appear for IBSAT though your final year aggregate is more than 50%.
