The eyesight requirements and eligibility criteria for joining Indian Army through NDA is that a candidate should be able to read in a distant vision chart 6/6 in better eye and 6/9 in worse eye with or without glasses. Myopia should not be more than 2.5 D and hypermetropia not more than 3.5 D including Astigmatism.

Indian army general duty written test consist of 50 questions of 100 marks for general duty each question carry two marks. Syllabus of the exam of this general duty selection will be of subjects like General knowledge, general science, maths and English. General Knowledge is of 30 marks , general science will be of 20marks, maths will be of 30 marks . English will be of 20marks.
Aur technical great and nursing assistant the exam is of 200 marks. For technical grade general knowledge ,physics, chemistry &maths For nursing assistant general knowledge, physics ,chemistry & biology. All the subjects for all the grades exam the standard of papers will be of 8 9 10th class.

Only male candidates can join in Indian Army after 10+2 through National Defence Academy (NDA) entrance exam or Technical Entry Scheme. The eligibility criteria to appear for NDA is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 in any stream from a recognized board. This is for candidates who wants to join in Indian Military Academy and the candidates who wants to join in Indian Naval Academy or Indian Air Force must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board. The eligibility criteria to apply for TES is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with minimum 70% aggregate marks from a recognized board. The age limit is 16.5 years to 19.5 years for NDA and for TES that age limit is 16.5 years to 19 years.
Female candidates can join in Indian Army through Military Nursing service (MNS) entrance exam. The eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as their compulsory subjects from a recognized board.
Candidates who have passed 12th standard examination and have the age of 16.5 to 19 years can join to Indian Army through entrance test i.e. NDA There are two times of entrance examinations for NDA 1 and NDA 2 in a year. Entries to Indian Army after 12 is possible to get entry means National defence Academy which is located at Khadakwasla , Pune Maharashtra. It was established in the year of 19 60 within area of 28.46 square kilometre. NDA exam is of total 900 marks 300 words for maths which is consists of 120 questions and carries 2.5 marks for each positive answer, another subject is general ability test which is of 150 questions and total marks is 600 for the subject for each positive answer 4 marks is awarded. So it is of total 900 marks exam. The exam is off line mode i.e. pen and paper mode.

I hope you are doing good. I would like to know you that their are various number of entrances exams which you can give graduation. But most of the exams require btech in their eligibilty. Following are the few ways to go in army for you:
1.Short Service Commission Non Technical Women: This exam is conducted under the Combined Defence Service examination. The criteria need to be fulfilled in order to sit in this examination are:The age of the candidate should be between 19-25 years.The candidate should be a graduate from recongized university
2. COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE EXAMINATION
This examination conducted twice in a year by union public service commission of india.To recruit the candidates in Indian army, air force and indian navy.Eligibility criteria for the same will be:-graduate in any discipline from a recognised university for indian army.-graduation in physics maths and engineering for indian air force and indian navy.Age limits varies according to the different academies for example: -for Officers training academy 19 to 25 years of age. -for indian millitary academy 19 to 24 years of age.
3.AFCAT- Air force common admission test. Examination is conducted for selection into the three branches of indian air force. Three branches are- -flying branch. -technical branch. -ground duty branch.

Scored 75% marks in class 12 and completed your graduation in BSC botany in recognised University so the so there as there is very much posts for female candidate in Army with your qualification BSc botany there is technical or nursing assistant post is existing there. Those who have the degree organisation in in other than BSc botany like zoology e and y science graduates are also eligible for this post. At the time of Army rally in the specific time of the year the candidates with graduation in BSC botany/ zoology or bio -science candidates female candidates can apply for assistant like nursing assistant post.
There will be screening test and after that Viva -voice which will take much of time for then a medical test will be held that will be conducted by the medical Board of Army authority. The specific date of interview candidates must carry admit cards marksheet photography photo identity card , character certificate.

if you have nominal problem then its alright. A candidate must have good binocular vision. The colour vision standard will be CP-III for Army A candidate should be able to recognise red and green colours. Yes you'll get a chance to complete your further studies while being a part of Indian Army. Infact in NDA one acquires BA/B Sc, pre-engineering stream provides you B Tech studies. Even after joining technical arms one does an engineering degree. Also, you can pursue a discipline of your choice during paid study leave of two years granted during mid-career, normally after unit command at Colonel’s rank. Technical officers are given an opportunity for post graduation like M Tech courses at IITs.
