Hi Pragya,
If you are appearing for IIFT it's taken that you are also preparing for other Management Entrance Examinations like CAT, XAT, etc. The basic preparation for all these exams remain the same. So,one needs to put in extra effort only in the GK section which you can prepare by reading newspapers, and other magazines or take the online courses as well. So,do practise the last 10 years papers because time management is the key in this exam and can only be aced by practising actual papers. Some of the books were as given below:
1. IIFT (Indian Istitue of Foreign Trade) including 10 Mock Tests and Solved Papers
2. MBA Solved Papers (XAT, IIFT, SNAP, NMAT, CMAT) including 19 Solved Papers & 5 Model Papers

I hope it helps.
Overall you have a very strong profile now you need an excellent performance in CAT exam. If you can get above 99.6 percentile in CAT then you will definitely get calls from all IIMs and with a decent interview & WAT round you can get admission
Every institute has a specialization and talking about IIFT, international business is its main course. Yes it is worth doing from IIFT. Do not think twice if you get shortlisted.
