Hello student to become an IFS(Indian foreign service) Officer you need to appear and clear UPSC examination which is divided into three stages Preliminary, Mains and Interview.
You need to just fulfill the eligibility the criteria to appear in UPSC which says - Candidates must hold Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
You can pursue graduation from any college there's no particular college from which you should pursue your graduation.
Feel free to comment if you've any doubt
Good luck
Definitely if you get a 99 percentile you can definitely get a call from good colleges like XIMB, IMT, IMI etc. You may get calls from the newer IIMs like IIM Bodhgaya or Jammu. But your final selection in these colleges depends upon your performance in the GD/PI rounds. So prepare well not only for CAT but for the subsequent selection rounds as well. And try to maintain a good profile.
All the very best
