As per your rank 266 obc-ncl secured by you, you have very less chance to get a college.Cutoff for Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi for OBC-NCL Category goes till rank 125.
IIT Hyderabad cutoff goes from 30-37 for obc category last year. IIIT Jabalpur cutoff goes till rank 54 last year. So, there will be no chance of getting these colleges.

no there is no restriction to choose pcb or pcm, In questions of SB and SX , there will be four sections in Part I (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics) and four sections in Part II (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics). Candidates may answer any THREE of the four subjects in Part I and any TWO of the four subjects in Part II. In case candidate attempts more sections, best of three in Part I and best of two in Part II is considered.

by using gate score you may apply for iits or nits or state government or private colleges for m.tech admission, for iits, you need to separately fill the iits for , for nits mtech admission you need to apply for nit ccmt counselling. cutoff score changes every year and it depends on number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, compare to general category, obc cutoff goes low, some of the institute which offer m.tech in applied geology through gate score,
NIT, Raipur
Sagar University , Sagar
IIT Roorkee
Kurukshetra University
Harisingh University
IISC doesn't provide BE/BTech degree. JEE Main is an entrance exam which makes candidates to be eligible for engineering course which is given by government college, university, IIT/NIT/IIIT/CFIT and private institutes.
for engineering, IIT is the best and top college. if you want to join then you have to get a percentile above 90% for general category. for categorical reservation, what percentile will be considered is decided by the NTA board.
Hope it helps!
