IISc provides admissions in UG & PG programs through JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET, CEED, JAM, JEST, UGC NET, KVPY & other entrance tests. There will be separate criteria for these exams clearing which, the candidates get the admission.So yes,you can get an admission using your JEE main score.

For getting admission in IISC Bangalore in Biological science
A Candidate has to appear for IIT JAM exam
The IIT JAM exam is conducted by IIT Kanpur in behalf of MHRD for national level admission in M.SC , P.hD courses.
Coming exam will be taking place in February 2020 and the redult will be publishing on March 2020.

Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that for getting admission in Indian Institute of Science, a student must have passed his/her 10+2 in 2019 or appearing in 2020 for final exams. A candidate must have studied Physics, chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects in 10+2 and should secure minimum 60 percentage in case of general candidates, while the SC/ST candidates need to pass their 10+2 only with PCM subjects.
For general category candidates, minimum marks required in JEE MAINS 2020 are 60% and 54% for other backward classes.

Hope you are doing well.
So, There's nothing like integrated Masters of Science in IISC Bangalore, but they do provide and option to opt for MS which is just an additional year in the Bachelor's course. The Bachelor's of Science is for four years which is equivalent to a technical course.
