There is no agricultural Engineering course in IIT madras. In IIT Kharagpur there are 39 seats available in B.Tech for agricultural and food engineering. There is no Agriculture engineering course in IIT Kanpur. Pleases click the below link to know more about IIT Kharagpur college.

The cutoff in the final round for Statistics at IIT Kanpur in 2019 (General category) was 57.

As you would know, this only gives an estimated idea as to what the closing Rank could be in the successive years. The actual closing Rank would depend on the difficulty of the exam and appeared candidates.

Based on these stats, I would say that you may have a chance to get a seat in IIT Kanpur. However, it can only be said for sure by appearing in the counseling.
