According to your marks in gate 2019 there is very less chance that you can get seat in IIT kanpur as according to previous year cutoff Your marks should be Above 640 in order to get admission in Civil engineering courses in obc category.

Please elaborate your question. Whether you are asking about the admission procedure in IIT kanpur for Btech or else you are asking about the details for Mtech admissions through GATE.

IIt kanpur has management courses too which comes under "Department of Industrial and Management Engineering". 

So, please specify anything from these.

For btech admission you have to wait for jee advance exam results. After the results the cutoff for college is decided. 

• For mtech the gate 2019 results are released on  march 16th. The application form is released on the month of march 3rd week and last date for application form is april 3rd week.
