Good Luck!
In order to gain admission to the M.Phil. program in Education in Educational Leadership and School Improvement at Cambridge University, you will need to have at least an overall score of 75% in your BTech.
Additionally, you will need to meet the English language proficiency requirements either through the IELTS Academic test or the TOEFL iBT test.
Candidates are also expected to have prior teaching experience of an average of 3 years.
GRE scores are generally not required for admission to the University of Cambridge although a good GRE General score may give you an edge over other applicants.
As far as the scope for MPhil in Education in Educational Leadership and School Improvement goes, foreign countries offer better employment opportunities for this qualification as compared to India with significant differences in the job roles/positions as well as the average starting salaries for the same. A course in a STEM course will generally have a higher ROI after your current qualification than the MPhil program in consideration.
