Hello aspirant,
There's is not much of a difference in these types of Engineering. All are engineering branches that come under B.Tech courses, but some of the main differences in these types of Engineering includes :
1. Software Engineering ; a branch of computer science that deals with the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer programs . There are different types of software engineering that include the design, the development, and the maintenance of software . Typically, there are people who specialize in various pieces of the process, but some companies will use the same person or multiple people who work on different parts of the development.
2. Computer Science Engineering : Computer engineers build devices, design computer networks and develop new technologies . They are focused on computer hardware and understanding how to optimize hardware for different applications through an understanding of how software interacts with hardware.
3. IT Engineer (Information Technology Engineer ) : Information engineering (IE), also known as information technology engineering (ITE), information engineering methodology (IEM) or data engineering, is a software engineering approach to designing and developing information systems . IT engineers can expect high salaries and good job prospects —the vocation is in high demand and the market is expanding rapidly with even better opportunities in the future. The demand for IT engineers is expected to grow 13% from 2020 to 2030.
Further, to know more about these types of engineering - about their admissions, colleges, syllabus, scope, fees, courses, etc - then you can follow the below mentioned links to know more about them : https://dqxeclau.top/courses/information-technology-course

Hope you are doing well...!!
You have one of two choices or both relying on your 12th. Assuming you have done 12th with mathematics then you can get admission to a certain extent course from any University. However, if you didn't have mathematics either in 12th or BA then you should do it from a private instructing foundation. Try not to free your heart regardless of whether you need to do it from a private foundation since, in such a case that you are great at it, it will take you where you need to. Be that as it may, before deciding on programming simply see do you have a skill for consistent clarifications or not. Since programming is about the sensible portrayal of an answer in computerized structure. For instance on the off chance that you need to compose an answer for a straightforward issue.
If you are interested in mathematics, go for software engineering, or else if you feel mathematics is very confusing or boring then it will be a little difficult but not impossible to do software engineering
I hope this helps you!
All the best:)
