INI CET MD/MS/DM

The Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test, or INI CET 2023 exam, is administered by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi for admission to approximately 872 Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), Doctorate of Medicine (DM), and Master of Chirurgiae programmes (MCh). The INI CET exam is offered in January and July of each year. The application fee is INR 2000.
It was conducted on 8 May 2022 this year. However, dates for the second session haven't been announced yet. You should keep visiting the official site https://www.aiimsexams.ac.in/ for the latest updates.

As you get 54.35 percentage in your MBBS. There is an eligibility criteria for the INI CET exam aspirants must have completed one-year rotatory internship and have a completion certificate. Applicants from the General/OBC/EWS category must have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate in MBBS, while candidates from SC/ST category must obtain 50%. As you didn't mention your category so we will consider you as a General candidate according to this category you will be not able to appear for INI CET exam. See INICET is conducted twice in a year by AIIMS New Delhi for admission to around 872 Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), Doctorate of Medicine (DM), Master of Chirurgiae (MCh).
It is conducted for courses to be started in the month of January and July. So for July 2022 session the examination was conducted on May 8th, 2022 in CBT mode but for January 2023, till now no dates have been released yet, so at this point of time it is quite difficult to help you with exact dates.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has announced the INI CET 2022 exam date for the July session at aiimsexams.ac.in. INI CET 2022 exam date for the July session is May 8, 2022. Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI CET) is conducted biannually for January and July sessions in a computer-based mode. The exam is conducted only twice there is no exam in the month of November. Keep an eye on the official website or the link below for the latest information.

So with regard to your query, YES the INICET exam has replaced all the PG exams from this year. The exam for the year 2022 is going to be conducted in the month of July 2022. The INICET exam is going to replace the exams including AIIMS PG, JIPMER PG, PGIMER and NIMHANS exams.

The INICET eligible candidates should register for the counselling of INI CET 2022. The exact dates haven't been declared yet.

In this rank mostly you will get clinical branch but I would advise you to go for other colleges which has a bit lower cut off and you can get a better branch.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
