I need computer engineering in interior designer after 10th in govt. collage

Dear Aspirants ,

I hope you are doing well !

As per your query may be it is incomplete or wrong if you wants to know about Computer Science engineering after 10th then you can take admission in Diploma in Computer Science or if you wants to take admission in Diploma in Architecture Engineering then you can take admission after completion of your 10th but both of courses are different .Where Computer Science engineering is deals with programming ,development of webdesign or etc..and   Architecture Engineering is deals with Design of home Architecture,building design  etc...

Admission for Architecture Engineering

Admission to the course is done mostly on merit basis that is the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in class 10th board examinations. Colleges/Institutes offering the course demand a minimum of 55% marks (Relaxable for reserved category candidates) at 10th level with Science and Mathematics as a subject of study in order to get admissions in the course

I would like to say that Interior designer is most popular carrier across world ,but before you have to graduate in some specific courses like B.Arch.Only B.arch not will not help full become an interior designer.  your skills will also requires for an interior designer like CAD ,drawing,Creativity,Details oriented ,Interpersonal skills are required.

Interior designers work with architects to plan the layout of interiors for optimum utilisation of area, for creating spaces for functionality as well as utility. Interior decorators on the other hand plan colour schemes, furniture, furnishings, decorations and arrangements.

HOW TO BECOME AN INTERIOR DESIGNER:

Path 1:

  • Stad XII

    Stream:ScPCM*

  • Selection Test

    CEPT (Interior Design)**

  • Graduation

    Interior Design

  • Goal

    Interior Designer

Path 2:

  • Std XII

    Stream:Any

  • Diploma

    Interior Decoration/ Design

  • Goal

    Interior Design & Decoration

*Candidate must have passed XII Examination of State in Science Stream or its equivalent in CBSE/CISCE/NIOS/ISB/IB with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Computer as optional, securing a minimum aggregate score of 50% for all subjects, 45% for SEBC/SC/ST.
**There is an entrance test for School of Interior Design (SID) of Centre for Environmental Planning & Technology, Gujarat [email protected]. which offers a full time 5 years (10 Semesters) Professional Education Program.
Candidates are selected on the basis of aggregate score of HSC and performance in the admission tests at CEPT University, Ahmedabad. The reservation criteria for the candidates would be as per the rules of the State Government at the time of admission. The final merit list is based on the following weightage:

Entrance Test 70% HSC:30% Total 100%
Entrance test Part 1 includes assessment of

  • Visual Perception and Logical Reasoning - Imagination, Lateral Thinking, Exposure to Basic Design and Interiors.
  • (90 Minutes - 100 Marks – 15% Weightage)
  • Colour Perception and Association - Sensitivity To Colour, Context Analysis, Visual Order, Association, Interpretation, Application
  • (120 Minutes - 100 Marks - 15% Weightage)

Part 2

  • Making and Creativity - Organizational Principles, Visualizing 3D Objects, Observational Skills, Scale and Proportions, Logic and Ordering Principles.
  • (120 Minutes - 100 Marks - 20% Weightage)
  • Drawing and Perception – Representation, Understanding of Order, Understanding of Basics of Design, Sensitivity Towards Interior Spaces
  • (120 Minutes - 100 Marks - 20% Weightage)

Total 400 Marks with 70% Weightage

Supernumerary seats of Bachelor of Interior Design course are filled in accordance with the directions of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi or the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India (Jammu & Kashmir Migrants, Tuition Fee Waiver Schemes (TFW)).

***Interior decoration courses are of 2-3 years duration. These are normally diploma courses conducted by vocational institutes and polytechnics.

The course covers subjects like Art and Basic Design, Furniture Design, Furnishings and Fittings, Construction and Materials, History of Interior Design, Services, Professional Management Display, Computer Aided Design etc. Other areas covered include lettering, properties of materials and paint technology, exhibition design and many others.

Can I become interior designer even if I do not have Maths ?

You would require maths to clear your entrance exam.In some colleges some basics maths might be taught to you and thats it,but i guess its mostly for architecture students.Then the rest is all on design skills.So you do not need much of maths.So yes you can become an interior designer. So don't worry everything will just work out fine.

NATA 2020 application form will be started from 21 Jan - 14 Mar 2020 (Tentative).NATA 2020exam will be conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA).National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is a national level entrance examination. Hello

You don't need any age limit to become an interior designer. You can become an interior designer once you have set your goal to become one. All you need is your heart into it when your learning the course and little bit of training under someone who is expertise in this field. Once you grab both theorical and practical knowledge your set to start your own.

Interior designing has become a popular specializations in india . In the recent times, people are becoming conscious about the designing of their living and working spaces. This new focus has considerably improved the scope for interior designers in India.
When it comes to government jobs in interior designing, candidates can find job opportunities in regional and metropolitan regional development department, town planning bureaus and public works departments since these professionals are appointed by these departments for effective completion of projects.
Apart from this,  Fresh graduates from interior designing course can find employment opportunities in resorts, hotels, building construction companies and architectural firms.
talking about the salary then fresh graduates can expect a pay somewhere between 5000 to 25000. It increases as the experience increases.

In India, Depending on the employer and one's experience the salary, including bonuses and commission for assistant interior designers ranges between Rs. 30,000 to Rs.40,000 per month. For senior interior designers it can increase drastically with experience. The salary, including bonuses and commission, it is approximately Rs. 800,000 to Rs. 3,000,000 per annum.
