Since you've written ' abroad', I am assuming that you are considering multiple countries abroad. But I have done a bit of research about studies in Germany. Therefore, my answer will be specifically related to Germany.

First of all, Studies is Germany is tuition fee free if you pursue it from a public university, you just need to pay the semester contribution each semester which is very less compared to other countries. You will only have to manage your daily expenses on your own.
