Hello Applicant
Honestly speaking at the job interview what matters the most is your self confidence, the knowledge that you have gathered in four years and finally your communication skills. Next comes the marks factor, maximum the interviewers will take into consideration your overall CGPA but your individual semester marks. Your 10th,12th and overall graduation score is what matters if so or it may not. Try to overcome your flaws and do better performance in your upcoming semesters to boost your overall CGPA
Hope it helps!!!
The criteria to pursue your B.Com or B.Sc course in Banaras Hindu University is that you need to appear and perform well in BHU UET entrance exam. Based on your score there will be a merit list prepared which will include your name if your score is among the good ones otherwise you would stay in the waiting list. Next comes about personal interview, as per the available information till date there is no such personal interview round mentioned in case of the above-mentioned courses however you are still advised to follow the information brochure of these courses on BHU website for detailed and updated information if any.
Good luck!!!

Dear Suhas ,
It depends on individual IITs and their respective requirement to take admission of M.Tech aspirants.
For the IITs like Delhi, Bombay , Kharagpur .. they mainly conduct interview each year to the GATE qualifiers .. besides that it can be possible that , students who ranked in Top 100(or Top 50.. may vary), can get direct admission .
The other IITs doesn't take interviews regularly generally :like IIT madras, Roorkee, Gandhinagar etc.
Note : The requirement of Interview can change each year or any time based on the situation .
Hope this answer helps !
