Hi. Yes Personal Interview is mandatory for students for getting admission in the MBA program in NRTI. You have a choice to appear for NRTI entrance exam or submit the scores of CAT, MAT, XAT etc. But in both the cases you will have to appear for the personal Interview after the shortlisting of candidates based on entrance scores. Final selection is based on both the factors.

Placements depends on college to college about their alumni network and  brand name . I would advise you to take admission in tier-1 colleges if you want some great opportunities

• Firstly prepare a good CV or resume with proper use of English. The most important thing that provides a basic idea about you is your resume. Keep it on the first page of your file.
• Arrange all your marksheets and passing certificates in an order starting with latest qualification on top.
• If the profile demands extra curricular efforts, then include those certificates also.
• Don't mention those things that you are not aware of.
• Put on formal clothes while attending it.

See in general the results are declared in 1 month past interview. SO you should wait for the remaining 15 days and you can call the reception of the cognizant and you can ask about the results, that way you can also get the details.

Now if you apply for GENC ELEVATE, then you can go for it and there are no issues about it and it doesn't mean that if you are not selected in Genc that doesn't necessarily mean that you will be rejected in Elevate. So don't be nervous and wait for some time and if you have your interview in some days then attempt the interview with full confidence.

See, if the interviewer asked most of the things which were out of the requirements that was posted for the job, then this is an unprofessional thing on the behalf of the interviewing company and that person. If the role asked for Python programmer, then JavaScript was out of question.

Nevertheless, contact the person and the company once and ask them about the results, and if they show any kind of reluctance, get the idea and move on. And continue learning Machine Learning as it is one of the highest paying jobs in India. All the best!
