ISRO
Hi aspirants
Both are good. In my point of view UPSC will be Better then ISRO.
As per my knowledge UPSC have more vacant then ISRO. Any post in UPSC , it is more independent job, In ISRO, It will take years to reach to such independent level grade . If you want get transfer to some other palace , it is lest possible in ISRO. Salary is almost similar in both ISRO and UPSC
Hope this Helps
Good Luck!
Do you think this two are correlated in any terms? UPSC CSE offers civil service where you work for public administration and bureaucracy. So your work will be to administer the department you will be posted in and you have to take decision based on which the law and order should be mentioned. Now ISRO offers you a position as a scientist. Here your work will be to research and develop for different space programs and you will be able to work in the front row of cutting edge technology. So both this work are very different. You will have to decide based on your interest.
Both the officers gets the same grade i.e., Grade A gazetted post. So you have to decide which will be the best for you and which profession will help you to fulfil your dreams.

Hi Aspirant!
Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is the national space agency of India, headquartered in Bengaluru. It operates under Department of Space which is directly overseen by the Prime Minister of India. This is no educational institution or any university. However, you can apply for job in ISRO after completing UG or PG from a good reputed college as a scientist or any other post. To know more, visit here:

Thankyou!
Hello there!
Hope you are doing fine.
All the fields in which you are interested are very popular among students. And believe me, all of these lead to great career.
I would suggest you that you have to find the field you are most suitable for. For example, if you feel happy serving people then go for civil services or doctor. Both of these needs serving souls.
But if science amazes you, if you want to find science subjects fascinating then go for scientist.
Other than your motivation and interests, the thing matters the most is complete information.
Search about these as more as you can, because false information can lead to wrong decision.
To get in civil services and ISRO one needs to complete graduation. So one option is that you can pursue MBBS as bachelor course and then if you find youself uncomfortable with the field them go for civil services.
Hope it helps.
Stay safe.
All the best !!!!
Dear Student,
There are many options to get placed in top MNC's . The first and the well known is that, tak eadmission in good college where many companies recruit students every year with a handsome package.
And the second one if you are not from a good college then you can try to make your connection strong on many social media website. try to connect with the people who are working in the top MNC's, show then your skill proof and resume and ask them to give the referral code of their company so that they can call you directly for the interview. And then it will up to you whether you will crack that job or not.
Best Of Luck!!!
Hello Aspirant,
Getting into ISRO in a permanent position is quite the task. You can get apprenticeship there after Btech in Electrical and electronics engineering. There is a position of Scientist/Engineer but it is offered to electronics/civil/mechanical engineering degree holders. JRF is a contract based position that you are eligible for. To be notified on this post visit official websites of VSSC,NRSC,SDSC. Hope this helps and Good luck
Hey,
To apply for the Integrated PhD program at any IISER basic eligibility is 60% at your graduation level. Along with that you need to have good JAM score. For Integrated PhD in Physics JEST score is also accepted. Based on that you'll be shortlisted for interview. Now some IISER also have a written test for shortlisted candidates after which they select for interview.
In order to be shortlisted you need to first apply to your preferred IISER before deadlines.
Duration of integrated PhD is around 6 years. After completion of 6 years they will be given both master's and doctoral degree .
First four semesters that is two years is mostly course work after which doctoral research work starts. Students can also exit after successfully completing their two year course work. However, they will have to complete one more year of research as part of their MSc thesis.
As for direct recruitment in ISRO/DRDO, there is no direct placement by IISER. You'll have to look for vacancies and apply for position in ISRO on your own. You will surely be at advantage because of all the skills and knowledge you have gained at IISER. Applying and looking for vacancies you'll have to do that on your own.
I hope I have answered your questions.
ALL THE BEST!
Hi Aspirant,
As we all know that On 22 July 2019, as part of the second lunar mission ISRO launched Chandrayaan 2 spacecraft into the earth's orbit. It contained Pragyan Rover which is powered by AI tools and frameworks and uses solar energy for its functioning and can communicate only with the Lander. Also AI can be used for data processing for the satellites themselves. In recent research, scientists tested various AI techniques for a remote satellite health monitoring system(this is based on global survey). However there is no such job vacancy released from ISRO but you can try out for other engineering posts.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!!!!
Hello,
I will start with Data Science first. So basically Data science is an interdisciplinary field about scientific methods, processes and systems to extract knowledge from data.
Whereas AI is something that enables machines to mimic human intelligence using logics, ML, DL,etc.
And ML is the study of computer algorithms that improve automatically through experience and by the use of data.
So basically we can say that machine learning is the link that connects Data Science and AI because AI is the tool that helps data science get results and solutions for specific problems and ML is what helps in achieving that goal.
Now talking about jobs in all of these specific field of study, since all of these are going to be the future of human life so jobs are everywhere in huge demand in all of these fields ISRO specifically(since you mentioned). There are various projects that has already been done using AI , ML and Data Science. Like ISRO launched Chandrayaan 2 spacecraft which had AI tools and frameworks, uses solar energy for its functioning and can communicate only with the Lander. ISRO first developed Target identification using machine learning algorithms from MOTR radar data.
Hope this is resourceful to you.
All the best!!!
Every year ICRB or ISRO central Recruitment Board releases advertisements for different vacancies. Now this have a lot of deviations in qualification according to the requirement of job. For example, there are advertisements for Drivers which needs a 10+2 pass, for technician a Diploma is required, for Management and Administration MBA is required, For Scientist MSc/BTECH/MTECH/BARCH/MARCH required, for stenography , a certificate in Stenography is required. So there are a lot of respective posts in ISRO. So based on your aspirations the education qualification will depend.
