The JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Mains /Advanced is the most well-known of all the entrance tests; other exams include BITSAT, WBJEE, OJEE, VITEEE, etc. If you want to become an IT engineer, you must take the engineering entrance exam for admission in universities.
After passing JEE Mains, you will be eligible for admission to NITs, IIITs (but not IITs), and the majority of engineering institutes in India, as well as JEE Advanced for IITs.

JEE MAINS cutoffs for different institutes changes every year and it depends on various factors such as:
Considering your tag for IIIT VADODARA, Previous year closing rank for B.Tech in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY was ~19k for general category in round 1. The chances are to get a seat in 1st round only so consider that only. Following the closing rank till last round, it was nearly ~23k.

You can become an IT Engineer if you choose Computer science as you domain and start working in the same. You can get various jobs in different fields related to computer and software due to that you are able to become an IT engineer.
See, if you clear jee advanced then you will get amdisison in IIT and then you can select your domain.

In order to become an it engineer, you must have scored a minimum of 65% marks in your class 10th and 12th and also in graduation.
With this percentage criteria, a candidate is able to apply for jobs and after that they will be eligible to get jobs.
So, as per your query you must score a minimum of 75 to 80% in pcm because nobody knows the criteria set by a company that visits the campuses for recruitment procedure.
So for safer side go for it. Otherwise you will have to face difficulties in future.

If you want to become an IT engineer you will have to give engineering entrance exam for admission in colleges , there are so many entrance exams conducted at national , state , college level ,the most famous among all of them is JEE(Joint Entrance Examination ) Mains /Advanced other exams are BITSAT , WBJEE ,OJEE ,VITEEE etc.

I hope you are fine. You can become it engineer by doing btech by CET. For this you have to crack the cet exam of your respective state. Cracking cet and fetching good score in it will helps you to take good college. By cracking cet , you are not able to do btech in IITs , NITs , CFTIs but you can get the college in your state where your cet marks are accepted.

In order to become an IT engineer, there are various perspectives an individual must look before entering into any particular course.
See, the most important factor an individual look is of their interests. If they have a good interest in the course they want to opt then for sure their desire will also increase.
To get better results you just score at least 75% for safer side. For every exam you must hold Good percentage in the examination as well as in your boards. Alsp, for particularly pcm, you must have good marks as well.

See , if you want to become engineer in IT sector then you have to choose the computer science or it stream in your Bachelor's of degree.
There are several entrance exams for government colleges and some private colleges and universities have their own entrance exams and some have direct admission too. But the most famous exam for opting the best colleges is JEE MAINS . You can give jee mains and if you will clear this exam then you will go for jee advanced. From jee mains you will get best NITs if you will get high percentile and if you will pass the jee advanced with good marks then you will get the best IIT as well.
You will have to work hard for the preparation for this. Also , apart from iit and nit there are several best private institutions in which you can do the btech from it.
