I passed neet ug 2025 with score 385 and nearly all india rank 240000 and my category VJNT then its possible to get admission in ayurved mahavidyalaya Nashik with this score and rank

lisa 1st Jul, 2025

With a NEET score of 385 and an All India Rank of approximately 240,000, and belonging to the VJNT category, it is unlikely but not impossible to secure admission to the Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Nashik. While the score is below the typical cutoff for government BAMS colleges, the VJNT category might offer some advantage in securing a seat through state quota counseling.

I get in 12 boards 49% Mhtcet:- 68 percentile OBC branches:- cse,it,ai,ml,ds Location:- pune Which colleges could I target for BTech admission

Samriddha Pal 19th Jun, 2025

Hello,

With a 49% in your 12th boards and a 68 percentile in MHT CET 2025, along with your OBC category, you stand a reasonable chance of gaining admission to certain private engineering colleges in Pune for programs such as CSE, IT, AI, ML, or Data Science.

Although elite institutions like COEP Tech, VIT Pune, or PCCOE might be somewhat beyond reach because of their elevated cutoff trends, you can confidently aim for colleges such as Dhole Patil College of Engineering (DPCOE), Imperial College of Engineering, Sinhgad Institutes (like SKNCOE or SCOE), RMD Sinhgad, and MIT ADT (not MIT-WPU) for fields like IT, AI, or DS. Remember that CSE usually has the highest cutoffs, so pursuing AI, DS, or IT might provide better opportunities based on your percentile.

Moreover, belonging to the OBC category provides an advantage during CAP rounds since you will receive some leniency in cutoffs. Ensure you take part in every round of the Centralized Admission Process (CAP), list a diverse set of preferences, and look at colleges with improving placement statistics. Keep informed via the official MHT CET counselling portal and frequently look for vacant seats at the institute level after CAP rounds for more choices.

Hope this helps. All the best!

Is it worth to get admission in UPES for CSE over MU Jaipur CSE

gopi 17th Jun, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

It depends on your priority. UPES Dehradun offers well-known specialized courses in Computer Science (AI, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing) and also has good linkages with the industry particularly in emerging technology fields. The placement statistics for niche fields is better, but the fees are generally higher.

Manipal University Jaipur, on the other hand, offers a well rounded but traditional CSE program, the Manipal brand and reputation, moderate faculty, and fast developing infrastructure. It's cheaper and gets a fair number of placements in core IT roles like Developer, Cloud Engineer, etc. If you are looking into specialized domains and have the money to spend, UPES may be the best option for you. If you are looking for a balanced value-for-money education with good placements, MU Jaipur is a solid alternative.

Why colleges are do the same theoretical examination it will useful for their career.

gopi 17th Jun, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

Colleges do the theoretical examinations because these examinations assess fundamental understanding of the concepts that lead to practical application. As discussed earlier, while theoretical exams may not always represent real world scenarios, they do serve to develop critical thinking, time management and discipline study strategies, all of which have validity in many careers. If greater relevance to students' careers is desired, an important component would be to provide students with practical experience at the same time as pursuing their courses, this might combine practical work in the workplace through work internships along side virtual or project based learning.

Anushree Thakare 18th Jun, 2025

Hello,

With a NEET score of 354 and OBC category with HK reservation , it is unlikely to get a government BDS seat in Karnataka. The cutoff for government BDS colleges, even for reserved categories, is generally higher .

Thank you!!

BPH how is this course and how long it will take to get job in this . this course take long period to get a good job and its saturation point. plz ans ne

hemanth kumar 16th Jun, 2025

A Bachelor of Public Health (BPH) is an excellent study program when you have an interest in health, welfare of communities, and want to have a practical effect in the real world. This normally takes 4 years. The professions you can work in after the graduation are government health departments, NGOs, hospitals, research, or health policy.

Obtaining employment is not that difficult a task, especially, once you acquire certain skills such as analysis of data, communication, and simplified research, one can land a job as an entry-level worker or even become an intern before graduation. Your career can also be elevated by taking higher degrees such as MPH (Master of Public Health). Yup, it is a purposeful program with increased popularity.
