my gen rank 3740 and obc rank 1110 can I get mmmut and tell me branch name

It would be better if you could share your overall rank but as the above mentioned ranks chances are less to get top branches like CS, ME, ECE, EEE etc but you might get branches like chemical engineering.

You have very less chances to get seat in Govt colleges with this rank but if you want, you can try for state private colleges as they do have reservation for other state candidates through Jee.
