Dear Ankur
For taking JEE exam, you need to have 60% in physics, matvs, chemistry. But if you want to enter into NITs/IITs, for general 75% mandatory and for sc/St 65% is Mandatory in 10+2.
But for GFITS, it's not necessary. You can refer their Website too.

Yes u can get govt colleges in Rajasthan ,mp,Punjab
In Rajasthan u can get
1.govt engineering college Bikaner
2.college of tech nd engg Udaipur
3.govt engg college Ajmer
4 govt college of tech nd engg Bikaner

In Punjab u can get
1.gndec Ludhiana (in spot round)
2.gndu Amritsar
3.saheed Bhagat Singh

In mp u can get
1.rewa enngg college
2.nowgong engg college
3.buit bhopal

Check out last year cutoff of NITs . U can get admission in nit on the basis on ur score . But admission in dtu will be difficult

I think u miss wrote at the place of IIIT U wrote IIT , If u want to take admission in IIIT u have chance to get admission in IIIT

Your rank is very low, so chances of getting admission through JOSAA counselling in any colleges is very tough.

Approx no chance..
