Except those colleges that you have already mentioned there are few good colleges only like GEC,GIET,SYNERGY,CV RAMAN,CEB,GITA.......all are average colleges not so good......but at that rank you can try in these colleges.......have confidence and don't worry.......hope you get the best.

No, chances are very less to get seat but if you want you can try for private colleges of Maharashtra, UP, Haryana, Rajasthan as they have reservation for other state students. Also, please share whether you have applied for any other entrance or not?
