The placements in both the colleges are decent. Both are providing almost 100% placements.
The average package in Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida for the 2018 batch was Rs. 6.2 lakh per annum. The highest salary offered was Rs. 17.65 lakhs, involving recruiters such as Amazon, Adani Group, Colgate Palmolive, DLF, HDFC, LG Electronics etc.
The average package in Amity Business School, Noida for the 2018 batch was around Rs 4-5 lakh per annum. The highest salary offered was Rs. 14 Lakhs, involving recruiters such as Gillete, Infosys, Accenture, IBM, TCS etc.
So, Jaipuria Institute of Management has a slight edge over Amity in the total placement package offered.

Recruitment is provided to the students on the basis of sector choosen by them. In the above colleges I will rate PIBM Pune as first because the pedagogy they follow is unique and also has a better rank as published by different magaizines and institutes. The average package her is around 6 lakhs per annum and highest would be around 14 lakhs per annum.
Next in my choice would be IILM Gurgaon. The average package there is arounfd 4-5 lpa with highest being around 12 lakhs per annum. Jaipuria would be my last option among the three.
