I WANT TO PURSUE BPT, I APPLIED TO DPSRU, AND JAMIA HAMDARD,. SEATS IN DPSRU ARE ALREADY FILLED. I AM A GIRL FROM MINORITY OBC CATEGORY, I GAVE NEET BUT SCORED BAD, I ALSO GAVE CUET. NOW I WANNA KNOW IF I CAMN GET ADMISSION IN JAMIA HAMDARD, OR ANY OTHER GOOD PRIVATE UNIVERSITY WHICH IS OFFERING BPT

Swastika Das 15th Jul, 2025

If you scored low in NEET and CUET and DPSRU seats are filled, you still have options. Jamia Hamdard may still consider CUET scores depending on merit and category. You can also explore other reputed private universities offering BPT like Amity University, Sharda University, Manav Rachna, and D.Y. Patil. Many private institutions have management quota or conduct their own entrance exams. Keep checking their websites or call admissions for updates. As an OBC minority candidate, you may also benefit from reserved seats or scholarships if available.

I want to pursue B pharma i have scored 390 in neet 2025 (Rank 2.29lakh) and 88.4% in 12th Will i get Dipsar or Jamia Hamdard for B pharma pls tell?

OISHEE BANERJEE 30th Jun, 2025

Hello aspirant,
Yes, with 390 marks in NEET and 88.4% in 12th, you have a good chance of getting admission in both DIPSAR and Jamia Hamdard for B.Pharm. DIPSAR usually offers admission based on 12th board marks, and your percentage is well above the usual cutoffs. Jamia Hamdard considers NEET scores for B.Pharm, and your score of 390 is safely above the expected cutoff. Make sure to apply on time and keep an eye on the merit list updates.

i have secured air 112954 rank can i get admission in Jamia hamdard with muslim minority quota

Afreen 26th Aug, 2025

From your profile i get that you are a medicine aspirant which means you are intererested in the course mbbs and bu ms and this is your neet rank.so first if we look at the last year cutoff of mbbs under the Muslim minority quota it is between 20,000 and 25,000 AIR which implies there is no chance for you.

Secondly the closing rank for BU MS was 123,886 for the general category so you might get that.If a medical course at Jamia Hamdard is your primary goal then go for it.

Good luck..

Can I get mbbs seat in jamia hamdard under muslim minority quota with 227723 all india ranking

Mahima Sinha 18th Jun, 2025

Based on previous admission patterns, securing an MBBS seat at Jamia Hamdard under the Muslim Minority Quota with an All India Rank of 2,27,723 is, frankly, quite improbable. The cutoff for Muslim Minority candidates typically falls between 1,00,000 and 1,50,000 in most years.

Jamia Hamdard relies on NEET scores for admissions through MCC counselling under the Deemed University quota. While yearly variations do occur—factors like exam difficulty, applicant volume, and seat availability all play a role—your current rank is well above the usual cutoff range. Participation in mop-up or stray vacancy rounds is possible, of course, but chances remain very slim.

For the most accurate and up-to-date information, it’s advisable to monitor the official MCC counselling portal and Jamia Hamdard announcements regularly.

will i get a mbbs seat in jamia hamdard with 480 marks and 77,486 rank (general minority quota)?

Sachi 15th Jun, 2025

Based on the available information, I can provide you with an analysis of your chances:

Your Profile:

  • NEET Score: 480 marks
  • NEET Rank: 77,486 (General category)
  • Quota: General Minority

Analysis for Jamia Hamdard MBBS:

Unfortunately, with a rank of 77,486, securing an MBBS seat at Jamia Hamdard appears to be challenging . Here's why:

  1. General Category Cutoffs : The expected cutoff range for General category candidates is between 35,272 and 56,658 ranks for All India Quota, and the general category cutoff is projected to range between 12,000-14,000 ranks.
  2. Your Rank Position : Your rank of 77,486 is significantly higher than the typical closing ranks for Jamia Hamdard MBBS, even considering the minority quota advantage.
  3. Minority Quota Consideration : While the minority quota does provide some relaxation in cutoffs, the specific cutoff data for minority quota at Jamia Hamdard wasn't clearly available in the search results.

Recommendations:

  • Consider applying to other private medical colleges with higher cutoff ranks
  • Explore state quota options if you're domiciled in Delhi
  • Look into deemed universities and other private medical colleges

I have secured 411 marks in NEET 2025 (GENERAL) (DELHI) ...my expected rank 90k- 1L...Is there chances that i get adm in any good private MBBS college like KMC Karnataka or Jamia hamdard,Delhi

Afreen 10th May, 2025

With a NEET 2025 score of 411 and a rank between 90,000 and 100,000 in the General category, securing a seat in private colleges like KMC Karnataka or Jamia Hamdard in Delhi is possible, but not guaranteed. While KMC Karnataka and Jamia Hamdard are good private medical colleges, they also have high cutoffs.

KMC Karnataka:

KMC Manipal and KMC Mangalore are well-known private medical colleges in Karnataka. With your expected rank, there's a chance of getting a seat, but it depends on the specific college and seat availability,

Jamia Hamdard:

Jamia Hamdard in Delhi is a reputable medical college, but it's also competitive. The cutoff for Jamia Hamdard is likely to be higher than some other private colleges,

Private College Cutoffs:

Private medical colleges often have lower cutoffs than government colleges, especially for state quota seats. However, the cutoff for well-known private colleges like KMC and Jamia Hamdard can still be competitive,

State Quota:

If you are eligible for state quota seats in your state, your chances of getting into a private college can improve. Many states have lower cutoffs for state quota seats than the All India Quota.

Counseling Process:

The actual cutoff for a college will be determined during the counselling process. It's crucial to carefully review the cutoff trends and preferences for various colleges before filling up the counseling form.

Recommendations:

Explore Other Options:

Don't limit yourself to KMC Karnataka and Jamia Hamdard. Research other private medical colleges in Delhi and other states. There may be colleges with lower cutoffs for your rank.

Participate in Counseling:

Actively participate in both the All India Quota and state quota counselling processes. This will give you a better chance of getting a seat in your preferred college.

Consider Deemed Universities:

Some deemed universities may have lower cutoffs than some private colleges. Explore options in deemed universities as well.

At 90k- 1L rank is there chances that i get adm in any good private MBBS college like KMC Karnataka or Jamia hamdard,Delhi I have secured 411 marks NEET 2025 (General) (Delhi domecile)

Samriddha Pal 3rd Jul, 2025

Hello,

A NEET 2025 score of 411 with an All India Rank (AIR) expected to be between 90,000 and 1,00,000 in the General category and Delhi domicile presents a low likelihood of gaining admission to prestigious private medical colleges such as Kasturba Medical College (KMC), Karnataka or Jamia Hamdard, Delhi; however, it is not entirely out of reach.

KMC Manipal and Mangalore rank among the top private medical colleges, with their general category cutoffs generally remaining elevated, often exceeding 500 NEET marks. Jamia Hamdard, as a Deemed University, has a somewhat more relaxed cutoff for General candidates, particularly for Management/NRI quota seats.

Nevertheless, 411 is on the edge, and acceptance might hinge on the number of candidates, available seats in mop-up rounds, and shifts in cutoff trends for 2025. Monitoring counselling rounds (particularly mop-up and stray vacancy) is recommended while also looking into other private colleges with lower cutoffs in states such as Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Tamil Nadu, where some self-financed institutions might admit students scoring between 400 and 420.

Hope this helps. All the best!
